Great Place to Car-Shop
I bought my last 3 cars, as well as my daughter's first car at Harrold Ford. I doubt I will ever buy anywhere else. The sales staff is honest (no surprises) and wants to see you happy. (The whole BUILDING was thrilled for me when I bought my Convertible Mustang!!)The service staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Any warranty or service contracts you have are in their computer, so you don't have to drag paperwork all over town or remember where you put it, and they contact ME when it's time for service, all I have to do is show up. I want to commend Mike Liotine in the Harrold Ford Service department. I had my 2000 F-150 pickup in for some work the other day and Mike was my service advisor. He was very polite, explained things quite well, and gave me some tips on better maintaining my vehicle. I left Harrold Ford with a good feeling that my truck was well taken care of for a fair price.

Great customer service
My car recently broke down out of town and I had to take it to another Ford dealership.It was the worst place I had ever been I was told I was "screwed" buy the service advisor. I now that at Harrold Ford I always got Great service and felt like I was taken care of. It's the only place I will have my ford worked on even if I have to tow a hundred miles to get it their.
